The barrel finish should be anodized aluminum, not paint, considering the condition of the barrel, $150 to $200 should be fair.

I think Signal man is right I have a vet purchase that is Anodized Aluminum but I have a russian capture Walter like yours with black paint. It still has all markings and Waffen AMpts but some of the Russian capture had Ampts scrubbed or X out. This black type paint is typical of Russian capture pieces. just my two cents worth.
