Scissors any Sani intrument poch

Hello,

I've just got this this morning; 2 big scissors, a brush and a sani intrument poch, as the ones you get in a verbandkasten. Both scissiors have a WaA stamp and the brush a "wehrmachtseigentum" + a three letter code "ojb 45"?. The poch is badly made. What do you think...god, bad or only reenactor's stuff? It was absolutely inexpensive.

These are IMO no 'medical' clothing-scissors (let alone normal medical scissors) which doesn't mean they couldn't be original WH offcourse.

The bag looks good.

Yes, I know they are not "Kleiderschere". I was wondering if they were for office work or something of that kind.

The straight one is about 18cm. The curved one is almost 19 cm.

There was a specific box with pencils, paperwork etc for medical administration but I think more in direction of in kitchen-serivce, cobbler,...A wide varity of possibilities.

Concerning the pouch, these are indeed often udly/poorly made. You almost wonder with the Germans being so punctual in certain production-methods.

Got even one which looks like it was made from leftovers from Verpflegungs-bag

FYI, there was also a "LS variant" of these pouches (smaller and with a thermometer) and strange enough mostly made of better quality.

These curved scissors must have had a special use. I had never seen some like these.

Any thoughts about the brush?

The last ones are indeed chirugical - for eyes I think - "gebogene augenschere"?? - although there are several variants, all for specific interventions. Variation in chirurgical instruments were endless.
I have tons but studying them as non-german speaking or without medical background is not evident...

Any number (in relation to the place inside besteck-kasten) or symbol/marking/markersmark on them? This could be decisive in order to know if they are WH related.

The toothbrush, I don't know. I have also one for years in my collection but has different markings - other members could help you for sure.

yep, I know about that...My father is a surgeon (retired) and we used to have boxes full of medical stuff at home. My elder brother is also a doctor (RAF Med) but I don't think he might have a clue of what these are

There is something behind one, but is is worn, so unreadable.

The toothbrush, I don't know. I have also one for years in my collection but has different markings - other members could help you for sure.

The stamp is so clear and nicely looking that it makes me think it is a repro brush...I hope some other member know if it is good.
