Not WW2 German issue EM boot but has the correct hobnails( late type) ,toe plate and the heel iron looks good too ,private purchase and use by German force at best.

Leather jackboot worn out quick during battle , a good jackboot are scarce at the latter of the war , and they do change owner often than we think.
