Looks like someone took a tan Hong Kong Harry helmet and covered it in brown overspray.

I'm definately no expert on these helmets, but it also looks like the pads in the liner are the wrong layout and the shape of the helmet shell is off. The palm tree is your typical fake "pocher" decal that you can get for $5 at any WW2 shop. The Germans never made a decal for the Afrika helmets, those had to be painted on the helmet by hand and are very rarely seen since it was an unofficial logo and soldiers added it of their own accord rather than due to regulation.
