Hello,

I was wondering if I could trouble you for an opinion on the following Ebay item to it's authenticity and value for money. Now I know that the exchange rate has a big impact on people buying internationally, but assuming $1 to £1 (similar cost of living) is this a reasonable price for this item? In particular are the 02 mask straps considered to be genuine? Now clearly the the straps show considerably less age than the aging/perishing rubber but are they genuine replacements < '45?

They don't look like genuine replacements at all. I'll bet this is another water-found, rebuilt mask. If the seller is or is connected to Sarah Barkhorn or Daniel Potts, you can bet it's a rebuild worth a fraction of what they're asking.
