Winter Boots

Are these winter boots WWII? Any help would be great. I would like to put them on the table, but not sure where they belong. Bazaar or Footwear Table?

No, I don't think so they are WW II items.

Any Idea on there origin and age? and Value? should I take care of them or can I add a buckle to the back and use them in re-enactments?

Postwar farmers boots used especialy in central and eastern part of Europe.

They must be...But Im having a hard time finding some with the leather around the top..
