Small Holster Please help ID

I purchased this recently with a large group of military surplus and collectibles.
The stamp doesn't look right to me, but I just wanted to be sure. This would be
the right size for a .32 auto pistol. Please let me know what this is. Thanks

I'm not good in Holsters, maybe PPK? But I know for sure that the Stamp is a real No-Go.
