2 unknown bags - need help

the Zipper maker is CONMAR

( by the way : both bags are UV-negativ )

CONMAR is a Zipper Maker from New York so I'm quite sure it's not German. The stripes on the side look like markings for Strap Loops to hold some Material.
Maybe it's Survival related by the small securing Loops outside to fix it to Equipment.
