Fake. The wire brush marks gives it away. Lots of these on eBay regularly....they all have this texture from artistic wear.

on imige 3517 that is for me new sand coloured paint on old rust as you can see also the inside is untouched and as you would expect. The image with the rust at the base that looks a little bit right is cancelled by where the lines are at the right of the same shot where it has been 'distressed' by a wire brush perhaps and you can see silver metal too in contrast to the interior?

And for those reasons if it were my money I would save it.
