Pawn shop walk in. Skull and cross bones ???

This stuff just walked into a local pawn shop. The owner wants me to make an offer on it. Any idea as to what they are, and the approx value of each. I'm clueless on both items.

this particular is Swiss as it is in french and german.

Indeed Swiss. Sold as "nazzee", like so often...

Bi-lingual German-French signs for WH use exist, however. They could have been used in occupied France or southern Belgium, but I personally have never seen enameled ones, only painted (mostly on wood).
