    GJ Mountain ski's

I have been offered these Heer/GJ ski's, and I would like your'e thoughts on these, and if they are good ones, whats the going price for these? To me they look good as I ve seen the tips of these ski's on original footage and i think these were more the cross country type ski they used.

    Thanks

              Servus Lou,

Nice looking skis...I like them. If I didn't already have several pairs of skis, I would pick them up.

These are 200 cm boards with Allgäu type ski bindings...perfect for any Gebirgsjäger collection. Looks like they may have had Kandahar type cable bindings at one time, due to the two holes at the front of the toe binding.

***Looking at the binding a little more...seems that they are set up for a small foot...this would indicate to me that these skis were originally used during the war with the Kandahar cable binding, then the binding was changed out for the Allgäu type to accommodate someone with a smaller foot...perhaps a teenager or woman...and used for recreational skiing after the war....IMHO.
