Shovel on Ebay - Wartime or Postwar

I see several of these Spaten on ebay.de and wonder what they are. They have riveted cases. One seller lists it as used by "political organisations" in WW2 and other as Wehrmacht. Wartime or postwar? They have no stamps according to sellers and are not the common encountered East German shovels, that I have seen, but not look like right for WW2. Ideas?

    Regards
    Klaus

Here some more photos from auctions for this type. I have seen at least several of them. Could be West German, but not sure? Maybe this will help to better identify?

The shovel is WW1 period. The cover could be prewar or postwar.

The covers of the shovels with the marking of SA were very similar so that shovel could have belonged to a political organization. The covers of the Shovels military war period were usually not riveted and the bottom were covered.
