Marschkompass info

This is a Marschkompass a friend of mine bought recently. He wonders is it's a 33-45 period one, and if the cloth bag is original to the kompass ?

On top there is 'Marschkompass' and on the bottom the big 'S' and DRP.

The marschkompass looks good to me.

The bag looks like the bags you find inside German shells holding the pulver ( kruit)
I´m not realy into translating the markings but it looks the bag came out of a 10,5 shell.
