I have found this Tasche für Gewehr Granat Gerät.

It is maker marked "isd 42".

I only knew pouches with maker mark "dkk".

Do you think this one is original ?

Does it have internal straps to hold the sight and tool?

yes . it is original pouch. There at least 3 makers which made those pouches ; dkk , jsd , cxb .

I have a pouch from maker. Bla 42 i think it exist moore producer from those pouches. Dkk is often encountered
