As far as I see both gasmaks are wartime ; postwar have metal fittings around conector , not the tape.

IMHO both sets were period made. If some of You think that seen and read everything about Ost-Truppen please note equipment on this photo:- German belts and ammo pouches, RKKA gas mask bags and square Greman-like shovels in very strange hessian and web covers:

RAPH top items, I love them! RKKA masks are hard to find and costly. I never had any war time made.
