DAK web strap?

were there dak/trop messtin straps? i dont mean aframe ones-two loops-i mean non looped equivalents of the leather messkit straps.?

I've seen this kind of a web strap 57 cm long. It fits perfectly to the messtin. So - who knows - maybe this kind of strap really existed.

Sorry for digging up this old thread, but I wanted to ask one question:

Has anyone really ever encountered a 58 cm web strap that would be suitable for use with messtin (and I don't mean the type with extra loops that was used with A-frames) or all produced web straps were either shorter 53cm Mantelriemen or longer ones - 67cm with extra loops for A-frames ?
