DAK web 1st. model olive/dark green Y-strap – opinions?

I have this German web 1st. model olive/dark green Y-strap. Another member wants to buy it for his collection. As he has little experience with web items he has asked me to please post them on the forum for some further opinions before he commits to buy.

This is NOT first model of web straps (first model was dark green with dark green painted metal parts and had web underlay uder the O-ring. first model was made between 1940 -1941 - that's why it is so rare find any ).

This is SECOND model of web straps. This type of web straps were introduced in late 1941.Those particular straps are from mid to late war period ( 1942-1943 ).

Good web straps in the latest, third pattern: d-rings on the back has been sewn in method which improve horizontal hanging A-frame or bagpacks. Still DAK but form later part of campagin ( end of 1942)

Agree -
It would appear to have darker webbing components (back-strap and 'D' ring retainers) which look to have an olive colour - but the main parts are of 1941 onwards manufacture.
