On the back side, are there post war tschechoslovakei army stamps?

I think so yes,and someone tried to erase them,and made things worse

No, they are not Czech. I suspect these stamps are Dutch but not sure.
There were more of these A-frames, all were by the same maker and all mint with erased back stamps
