dealer question!

Hello all.

I have one question and a problem!

I have heard good information about him it's a good man and i bought Last December a couple of collector items at him!
I have purchased 11 August at website of Rask Antik an SFZ14 with tripod (gestell 31)!
Now last Monday and Tuesday I asked him (and that weekend) i ask him several times to send me with email the track and trace codes but he did not and Tuesday I received an email that he would go on holiday 10 days!

The last mail I got was that he asked him to track and trace codes of the 2 packets with the SFZ14 and tripod, and his answer was ''''YES LATER'' This email i received tuesday!

Today I received 2 packages in 1 package the tripod from him ! And 1 hand grenade steel box that was not from his, but I had bought from someone else in Germany!

But the package with the SFZ14 was not arrived here! Could it be that DHL package store somewhere in a depot or could it be that this package comes later?
Mr. unfortunately not at home right now but here is someone who might him know well!
I have already informed DHL in Germany but could not find more packages! I'm sitting here now with an excruciating headache! :-(

Mr. Rask is a trustworthy man. I bought a few things by him and I
never had any problems!

I think the only thing you can do is wait, and after the ten days (if it didn't arrive yet) contact him.

same for me. Never had any problem with Raskantik. But I had some with DHL...

Hi,have bought several items from him in the past but have been waiting three weeks now for my last order to arrive and as you say he has now gone away for 10 days. I never get much in the way of a reply when I ask him for information. Just hope my parts shoe up.

Today arrived my second package !
I do not say that hey is a bad dealer, it is a good dealer for me, only the comminucation for me is sometimes not good!

the package that was sent yesterday was just send with DHL today the second package was also sent by DHL and a large sticker on DHL sticker with SELECTVRACHT? I do not understand why the second is shipped with selektvracht!

Butt all is good now!

I sent a packet some weeks ago, to a member in Germany, and DHL has ¿lost? it there. I guess they work with less people in summer, so it is slower and things get lost around for some days. I hope they find it soon. At least it is insured but I hate collectibles being lost.

Since DHL is the privatized Version of the Deutsche Bundespost, the Service goes down and Down, but the Prices allway's up. I really think about, using a Private Parcel Service as they really provide Better Services. In the Part, when I had my Militaria-Shop in Berlin I used GLS and these guy's really surprised me. The Best was a PArcel from Berlin to southern France within 24 Hours without an extra fast shipment ordered. Otherwise I have Packets within Berlin with a 10 day running time with DHL.

I thought this was a professional dealer. I ordered first week april 2019. After a month i finally had contact again using another emailadress. His excuse ; bad computer en promise to sent order. Now, another mont later , still no order , and no response on returning the money.
Trustwordy , i doubt it. This is not the way you deal with customers.
