Unsure if this is the right forum for this, Heck, not even sure if these are German? They were in a big pile of German items in an Estate i am going through so i thought they may be. Some sort of Handcuffs or Restraints. Anyone have any clue?? Thanks in advance.

It's a so called "Führungskette" used by the East German Police. It was easier to handle and to store in the Trousers Pocket as the East German Handcuffs what had the size of some 15th Century ones. You put it around the Bad Guy's wrist, twist it a bit to tighten it and when he's nasty, just turn it a bit more and he's crying like a little baby.Comment
