K98 sling for your review

is this an original WWII issue German K98 sling? these are all the pics i have. thank you

Well, it for sure is not cmplete (buckle is missing), not long enough, and it does not look like a k98 sling (holes in sling are nor correct).... only the frog looks ok (more or less)

It could be a butchered K98 sling

I would walk away !!!

i would avoid this one too imo, looks like its fresh dug out of the ground ? , there are much more better original ones still about.

I have one just like this and its 46 1/2 inches by 7/8 wide.
Also is stamped with BK in a circle on the part that fits thru the butt stock.
Most likely eastern block made and issued.

Not a German sling and its not like the BK slings I have.

I would agree yugo but I would be interested in the keeper.

IF it was $5 I might buy it.
