    Rare Pilots First Aid Kit!

    Hello everyone,
    Just picked this one up today, first one I have seen and almost complete, I wanted a personal first aid survival kit but got this instead, Still a rare piece, I would like to know where this item would be stored? Looks like it can be placed on your belt. Here are a few photos:
