This one is for sort of field telephone swithboard:- it makes 'unvisible' new connections to telephone lines and by the same enable undetected wire-tapping. Sorry but I dont know name of this device.

Hello supermint pouch very nice! I have a heard this device is called an "Earth Phantom" does it use the actual ground as part of a telephone circuit? Here is my set, pouch is dated 1940 bit rougher than your pouch. Regards David.
