Gas mask tin

My wife calls it a thermos bottle, but it is a gas mask tin. No marking except inside the tin (Drucken and a bunch of #'s). Outside is heavily texture painted. What peroid is this from? Post war is my guess.

Its a post war can. Bundeswehr 1960.

Correct. The tin is Post-war German Bundeswehr. The numbers listed is the Nato stock number, and will be in the form 12-xxx-xxxx.
