WW 1 or WW 2 Shovel?

Hi - I currently have a shovel for sale on e stand and there is a LOT of interest in it. A member just wrote to tell me that he thought it was WW 1, not WW 2. Others thought it might be DDR. Since it is not marked with a Hakenkreuz anywhere I thought I'd better run it by the forum. What do you think it is? Much Thanks! Bill

Da!, Genossen it is DDR production, likely Kampfgruppen der DDR, they used Brown Leather.

the light brown strap has been added to the cover.
