              WOW. Koberstein g43 pouch and YELLOW wire cutters carrier ! now thats what could called score ! never seen before full size yellow carrier . Seen only those shorter in this color.

                            what amazing kit. for me this picture allows us to understand the wider use of ersatz leather in kit construction. there is a sense of this material being rareified 'reserve wine' material for the upper end collector of means....luckily it trickles down in picture form and we are allowed to see, through this forum, how such material as tan ersatz leather has been used in more than just spade covers....i sense the rarity too in the ammo pouch...again early plastic, but slate grey. and the saw cover....yes, not 2010, but what the hell...why not have a tan ersatz leather thread? re picture-stunning, as said. a bayoneted mp44.

                                That picture is of an MkB 42. MP44's did not have bayonet lugs as far as I know.

                                Could that possibly be a photo from Kursk/Kharkov?
