I would say they are good pre 1945... IMO

This one is an original, wartime "dustgoggle" indeed, as Mike stated.

They came mostly in a small bag made from hard paper and had both dark ( like yours) or white "glasses". Mostly marked with a 3-digit code.

These came also in a package of 4, in a green colored tissue bag ( each of them wrapped in a piece of (cleaning)cloth) as shown in below picture.
