Y-straps on estand

guys I would like to ask for your opinion; doesn't they look messed ? look the a-frame straps - they do not like early ones with tear drop holes - they look like equipment straps who someone put in the place where the strps should be.

yes they are messed with - bottom backpack straps are replaced/re-riveted - for 1941 Walsrode there should be early pattern bottom straps
