Need help with Identifying various pieces

Can anyone help identify these pieces?

Hi Greg, I have had a good look at all your items. I cannot id them, sorry, but I at least can confirm they are not Russian ( I collect WW2 Soviet field gear) with the exception of the mess kit which although differing in the handle attatchment is a "possible".

I'm pretty sure #2 is a German WWII Rucksack. #6 is a late war German messkit.I have one dated 45.

The thing tha concerns me about the #6 messkit is that the bail attatchment looks more like the russian style then German. Also, it isn't dated (or I can't find the markings), and you know how anal the Germans are about marking stuff even late in the war (yes I know that some things aren't dated).
