Sad day for Wehrmacht equipment..

I had a sad moment today on Wehrmacht equipment.. The last two days I have been cleaning out over 160 sacks of trash from an old nasty house, that is supposed to be used for a film. Literally a layer around 50cm garbage all over the floors and the house is infected by all imaginable fungus stuff.. Well, i finally found my way down to the basement and i stomped upon some rusty swords and stuff like that and then i saw a nightmare. Wehrmacht holsters, affe backpack, canteen and other items, rotten and black of fungus.. I picked up the canteen and the cloth-thing around it fell of like dust where my fingers had touched and the rest was so destroyed and infected i wouldn't touch it nor would i dare to take it home!
I have no pictures, but i still wanted to share it.

that's the same we have here when we are looking for stuff
many houses are still loaded with WWII stuff, but the owners dosen't not care for it.

Everything goes the way of flesh Genosse, one day all our treasure will also pass, but I agree .... a sad waste of History.
