What is it and whats ot worth?

sorry for the bad pics, it was taken with my cell phone.

We bought 2 of these metal hinged boxes, in a WW2 vet bringback lot. Both are the same, although one was painted green. about 3 feet wide. Has a small waffen-amt on it, I know its for "accessories" or something, but does any one have any actual thought on what it may be? The bottoms have three triangular hinged loops for attaching to something, a vehicle perhaps?

As you say, accessories. For the 7.5cm Gebirgs Geschütz 36. The triangular hinged loops sound like their for straps when attaching them to pack mule frames.
