I got this ammo pouch ,and i dont know nothing about them, exept yugoslav partisan wears it. Are they from german army?

Not German IMO, the brass stud gives it away as something else, not sure what though

Pouche is post-ww2, Yugoslav made.

The magazines and speedloader looks good, are there any marks on them?

(like Fxo/Bte/98E and on the other side MP38u.40)

Yes,they are for Mp41.
