Questions about these shoes or low boots

The seller has stated that these are private purchase, WWII era shoes/boots. I have a few questions that I'm hoping you guys can help me with:

    1) Do they appear to be period German boots?

    2) Would these be considered "walking-out" boots since there are no hobnails?

    3) Would these have been worn by Panzer personnel in the black tank wrap uniform?

    4) Would these have been worn by Kriegsmarine soldiers on a boat?

I've got a couple mannequins I need to finish off, that is the reason for my specific questions.

    Thanks

          Hi
They are typical 1920-30-s style boots and would be Ok to use them as walking-out footwear.

          Regards
          k.

I generally agree except to say that given the cap toe and the style of perforations that these are probably U.S. and they may in fact date from even earlier than the 1920s.....but that era is probably my best guess. I do not think that these are made for the military.
