Great to hear the truth about these flags, I don't have them in my collection but I will certainly put them on the list. They are not very hard to find.

If i'm not mistaking, the minefields theory was "launched" by a dealer who had many kits for sale and no buyer. For sure, mines were more used than gas in WWII...
The Germans NEVER used Gas in combat during WWII though they were prepared for it and trained for the defense of it as well.

          Hi Hans,

Nice carrier and flags. Identical to mine and the one Tom posted. I like these flags/this kind of equipment because it is something different than what you are use to see in collections.

If there are more in collections of members please show us!

                    Yes they did.

                    At the siege of Sevastopol.

They used it to subdue extremely stubborn Russian bunkers.

Please pardon my ignorance, but how can you have a 'safe corridor' when gas has been used?

Doesn't a change in the wind blow the gas in every direction?

persistent agents stay on the ground and foliage such as blister agents and mustard gas. Hence the need for the cleared marked lanes.
