Low boots - opinions please

Hi,

I bought this pair of low boots from Helmut Weitze a few weeks ago. Matching pair and unused, but one is size 41/7 and the other one 43/7, so they were not too expensive (for boots in this condition, of course). He sold them as M43 boots but there are some features different from the standard Wehrmacht boots.

Any opinions? I can return them within six month if they are not genuine, so no problem. Mainly I want to know if they are pre-1945. I also would keep them if they are privately purchased boots. Perhaps one of You knows the maker (see close-up of the soles).

Matching, but not in size, I would say.
