this is an object belonging to a captured wehrmacht soldier who got marched into the deep dark never never land of soviet imprisonment imo. prob made it back too, hence this thing appearing. list the places and google earth them...a fantastic route...ever eastwards ... to hell. indeed this is a stunning artifact.treasure it.
