Sorry, I didn't see this question, the inside of the cup is green just like the outside of it and yes it's maker marked CFL44 , this is one nice canteen.

Great canteen!

All my great uncle brought back was a German canteen he used while over there. I have a photo of him wearing a German officers tunic with hat & sword, but he left it over there. "That s--t was all over the place" he said...

oh, he also did give me a small piece of a buzzbomb that almost hit him. he scratched the date it happened on it.
