      Hi,

Congratulations on your find, it looks a nice set. I like it. I have only recently found out from a post by JPhilippe about these mess tins. Thanks for sharing.

On a slightly different matter - does your A - Frame mess tin strap in the photo have any markings?

      Regards

      Ian

        Hi Ian
        thanks
For write I'm use the translator...sorry:

It was looking for such a long time ..... now I have completed the collection of mess kits, I have 17 different models ranging from 38 to 45! I still need to find a 37 ....
In the collection I have three support strap for A-frame and shows no marks producer.
I know that these strap should not have brand names, have been produced, at least so far I have not seen any.
        Are you understod my "translation"
        Ciao,Giancarlo.

                        Buona giornata Gian Carlo,

Not as many mess tins(the usual British terminology) as canteens, but a very impressive selection nevertheless!

Where is the MN45 3-part alu set marked, please?

                        Ciao,
                        Jon
