Agreed they are going to dry out now and maybe crack.

Would have been a better idea to just stuff them with paper and let them take their time to reform back to the correct shape.

Soaking and then force drying leather is a huge NO NO.

Guys, relax. The technology is fulfilled to trifles. If at you 200 pouches, it is possible to put experiments on five pieces.
There are some key moments, without knowing which it is possible to spoil all really. Water should be only warm, instead of hot. Time in which current the skin becomes wet differs depending on quality of a skin and its thickness. The battery of steam heating too should be warm, instead of hot. And never the skin should dry up completely!!!

I do correction only pouches marked cvc45. The skin should dry up very much very slowly! I have not spoilt any pouch. On one leather be not become firmer. hm, well can be on steam of pieces right at the beginning.

Did you tried micro-wave oven.
Maybe it's better for dry.

I think that will be received nothing. Pouch contains metal details.
In any case, it is not so important. At me remains three or 4 poches marked cvc45. I simply wished to inform with colleagues in the method of correction.

Roman.. this is not a method of correction - its a method to destroy leather (and the whole pouch)
and trust me ... microwave was a joke....
