SF14 Repair?

Hello. I have a SF14 binocular that has some focusing issues on the right eyepiece....i.e. it only turns a small amount and can only focus up close (withing 50 yards). The left side is just fine. No other issues with this binocular, it is in excellent shape. It is made by "eso".

Any ideas on if this can be repaired, and if so, by whom??
