If possible send as high def as you can. Usually pics of 1/2 to 1 MB work the best, however I can sometimes make slightly smaller pics work. Do not resize the pictures. Shoot the picture against a solid background.I'll work on the letter of releases to send out to all the contributors.Jim

Same here. I built a collection of small WH-related items, mostly pre-war. Seems this is a field without an end. And for the smoking stuff, what a rich selection of items I sawin thisthread!!!

Gentlemen,

the pictures are crappy, but I hope it gives an impression of my smoking utensils collection. The brown bakelite ashtray I bought for 5 euros. Is it any good?
The silver cigarette box with NSDAP eagle is an eastern European fantasy piece (I think). Nice for display, however...

Here is a bit of 'trench art',the lighter is made from flare case's and decorated with a luftwaffe eagle HM.The dedication around the lid is "Hergestellt in Russland am 4.2.43 and on the back 'Zur Erinnerung an die Mius front'.John
