    Wehrmacht Condom Tins

Does anyone have any fotos of wehrmacht condom tins so I can compare the ones I found?

      Hi James,

Yes Ive seen those, always in the paper wrapper. I find the ones I got metal detecting in a forest where about 200 000 wehrmacht soldiers surrendered to the allies late in the war. These are actually small round tin containers ( the only thing I found that looks identical to them are these round tins they use to issue chocolate in. These just say on the top of the tin, gummi schutz, berlin, GMBH.One is dated 194? the last number got rusted out. I cannot find them on the net anywhere. They are made out of a very thin metal and often have a lot of deteriotian to them, but some I have found are in really good shape, minus the condom of course. Any other clues on this?

      Cheers,
      Dion
