    What kind of Y straps are this

    Could anyone tell me what kind Y strap this is. Found them in Austria a few weeks ago. They are RB nr marked.

    Never seen anything like them with those "D" rings and backstrap that is not adjustable.

      Could they be specific for a radio or maybe a wire spool?
