    eagle/M + L marking original?

    Hello,

This marking is on a piece of German measurement equipment.
Is this an original marking or bogus ?

    Thanks in advance,

    Kris

The marking looks ok for me.

Could you please post a pic of the item?

        Hi Andy,

Here's a picture of the total piece, a boxed micrometer.
So this marking is ok on precision equipment?

        Regards,
        Kris

                It's in my collection !

                Hi all,

I managed to secure the item for my collection
And it is huge! I remember the more modern micrometers from school and was quite suprised to see the box ! It's about 70cm wide.

                Enjoy !

                    Maker tag and eagle.

It's suprisingly light for it's dimensions. It's coated with somethin that feels rather soft.
