German LW frog and knot and Unit Mark

Hi

What do you think abour this frog ?

The Portepee has the Flak Regiment colors and the following is written on the Frog: I/Flak R.25 , LBA (S). It is also dated 1938.

If the LBA (S) looks good the unit mark seems curious for me.
