Mess Kit (German) good or fake?

I recently bought this German mess kit but i have my thoughts about:
Stamps?
And paint.

Why no?I think both however reassembled, one of the two producers are the first time that I see it.In the frontal part are present the nicks for the rations?

But what do you think about the stamp ESB 41?

So what I understand, the ESB stamp is or restamped (after war) or mis stamped?
What I forgett to tell you, the ESB 41 stamp is some sort of cleaned with a steel brush
But rest of the mess kit is good?

Maybe its one of those post-war ones that are EXACLY the same as originals only they got a post-war date.
I got one here somewere, dated 59.

EDIT: yep i'm pretty sure it is one of those, i can see something stamped under the "38" date thats on the front.
So i would say, post-war mess-kit that got its original date replaced by fake ones.

EDIT 2: i think i see "59" under the "38".
