Impressive collection - a lot of canteen variants I have to find yet!
I have asked for pictures, cause my 1943 coconut canteen has identical (?) unpainted cup.... I am still not sure about it... Original, or post war replacement? It seems to be there for ever - and is much different then post war east german drinking cup..... But who knows?
Are they both identical?
My example is not marked in any way, there are no traces of removed markings too.
