    What about this kit ?

    I'd like to get more info about this kit, which is not the reglementary issue ; I presume it can be a personal purchase ? Or what else ???? The "Germany" stamping makes me wonder...
    Any info will be appreciated. Thanks !

      Hi Chris, the knife/fork/spoon set is a "private purchase" item as you thought . The "Germany" stamping is not a problem; items made in Germany after WW1 that were intended for export had to have this stamping on them. This was a condition imposed by the Allies, so the public in the USA/Britain etc would not buy a product made in Germany without knowing it! The DRGM stamp also helps confirm the date as 1930/40s.
