Help with Luft HM15 oxygen mask on e-stand

Can anyone offer some insight into the HM15 oxygen mask on the e-stand:

First off, are these the correct straps for this model and vintage?

Secondly, how much does the hose damage negatively affect the value (and is this a realistic asking price considering?)?

Lastly, when were this model produced and used?

Early mask, it's all correct..

The hose damage.., yes.., that's a pity.

Price.., whatever you want to pay..

Indication what people ask for a type like this in good condition.
Somewhere between 2000 and 3000 Euro..., but that were the ones of this type offered to me sofar.

The hose damage will definitely affect the value, substantially I would believe.
