Strap with gasmask canister. DAK??

What do you think on this strap with gasmask canister? It is original WWII DAK? Maybe it's post war german Bundershwer army
Length of strap is 160 cm.

The Strap ist OK, the Button is early East-German, they used these Wehrmachtstraps for Civilan Gasmaskcontainers.

I do not think that this strap is for the Gasmask cannister , not with that metal end anyway .
